Quantitative end-point RT-PCR gene expression measurement using the Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer and standardized RT-PCR (StaRT-PCR による気管支上皮細胞の遺伝子発現解析)

正常な気管支上皮細胞からの cDNA を用いて StaRT-PCR を行い （p18, p53, CDC2, E2F1, E2F4, E2F5, SPR1, RB, TNF, b-actin 等）、バイオアナライザ・アガロースゲル電気泳動 (Foto/Eclipse image analysis system）・キャピラリー電気泳動（Prism 310 Genetic Analyzer）の結果を %CV (n=3) として比較した。最も低い %CV を示したのはバイオアナライザ （CV=0.26） であった。
