cDNA Ladder Generated with MMLV Reverse Transcriptase: [ALPHA-32P]dCTP-labeled cDNA was prepared from a 0.24 to 9.5 kb RNA ladder. Reaction was performed with 200 U of wild-type MMLV-RT. cDNA synthesis was carried out for 1 hour at 37°C in a standard RT buffer [50 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.3), 75 mM KCl, 3 mM MgCl2 and 10 mM DDT].
